Hey need your help. I’m 22 years old female ???? my hight is 5’5 My name is indrajeet I have pcos polycystic ovarian syndrome so I am over weight. I need to loose at least 12 kgs my current weight is 72 kgs I want it to be at least 60 kgs please help me earlier I had lost 10 kgs from 80 to 70 kgs but I have put on weight. I have never visited any gym in my life but looking forward to go to one. As I am a student it’s been difficult for me to loose weight. But I desire to loose weight to cure my pcos symptoms. I am a vegetarian so kindly suggest some vegetarian meals. I would be great full to you. Thank you

There are so many different body types and shapes, some have the “hourglass shape” in their genes, while other struggle getting it with dieting and hard work.
I believe you have the right body for this figure you want (since you’re bigger in the hips), you just have to work hard and build the best version of it.
The best thing is that your body is here, waiting to be changes and revealed.
